My First Experience With Harmonia
Just wanted to share my thoughts on playing around with Harmonia... I think the concept is great for creating some interesting, evolving textures. While on the surface, it may appear to be a basic subtractive synth, the morphing oscillators and modulation options take it to a whole new level. The au...

Re: Looking for 'Buchla esque' modules...
@ColinP The AHR envelope was exactly what I was searching for! @MRBarton Agreed, simulating those incompatibilities would be pointless endeavour! I bought the LPG to get 'buchla bongo' which it does perfect, but also use now to get '303 acid bass' or 'deep sine bass' so is good multi purpose filter...

Re: B3 Hammond Emulation
I like the idea, but I would like to see it as a set of modules for Voltage Modular. The chorus/vibrato effect would be nice to use on other things, and a a module with drawbars would be useful, especially if it was possible to retune the drawbars to other footages. Hammond's X and H series had mor...

Re: Something new for Voltage Modular?
I believe Cherry Audio is located in California. That would make it 4:21 am for them right now. It'll be a few more hours yet.tarkus1971 wrote: ↑Thu Apr 15, 2021 8:42 am 15th here in uk and I'm not seeing anything new here.... not yet anyway ????

Re: Questions / Feature suggestions
Koshdukai, The Realistic MG-1 is a fairly limited synthesizer, and we wanted to stick closely to its limitations. However, you can certainly map MIDI controllers to control things like detune. Also, you can manually map Pressure (aftertouch) to control one or more of the Modulation sliders. To do t...

Re: Cherry Audio's CA2600 is available NOW!
I see both points of view..... however shouldn't the VM version be at least as good as the standalone being that VM is/was(?) CA's core business? So Will synthvoice be upgraded to to come up to the same functionality? cheers Hi, Since SynthVoice is a module, you could use other modules to replicate...

Where can I find the PDF manual for the eFeMerizer? The link on the product page brings up a page not found message.

Mine is on the 13th; I'll consider today's release to be an early birthday present. As soon as I see what it is...maybe in a few hours.

Re: Something *new* is coming
The Tron mention made me look at the video again, and I can definitely see it. I'm not sure what Wendy Carlos was using at that time other than the Moog modular. Someone mentioned the Synergy, which had only come out in 1982, but it was based on the Crumar GDS, so I'm not sure. Wendy did use the Syn...
