It maybe overloading either the RAM, the processor or both. Hitting the MIDI panic button on the top toolbar seems to temporarily fix the issue and I've had a similar problem with the Arturia OB-Xa V and I'm pretty sure that one has been attributed to it needing either more RAM or a faster processor...
