In case anyone missed it on the product page or after completing a purchase of a Cherry Audio Preset Pack, the Presets are automatically installed to your synthesizer instrument after the transaction. There is no download for you to manually install. Once purchased, the sound pack will be added as a new collection to your presets. If you have any issues, please contact Support.
