If you mean the PS-20 synth, it's not programmable in the sense you seem to mean. Besides which, I believe it's written in Java. If you mean Voltage Modular, you can write your own modules for it (see viewtopic.php?f=39&t=2151&p=9033#p9033). The standalone synths and the available modules are intended to be used "as-is," and are not user modifiable, beyond patching them together.

If you meant "how do I use the stand-alone synths in VM, you do that using either the Host or Mini-Host module.
