Hi Sergio, that's not a bug, you can also see this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iplbpUyzPYY at about 2:10 at the top left of the screen, his oscilloscope module lets you see the square and saw waves are from about 0 to 10V while the triangle -5 to 5V.
I tried to be faithful as possible, and that's why the S100 - Processor comes in handy to modify signals the way you want.
