How can an avatar be added?

Several users have an avatar that appears additionally to their user name. How can one add or change the avatar?
I did not find a way within the settings.

Hello,
it took me a while to find that menue. I did not assume to find it in the forum and had looked for it in the Cherry Audio Settings.
