Weird state of affairs with a license transfer

I bought synthstack 3 from the original purchaser, and cherryaudio added synthstack 3 to my library. The problem is there are only installers for 4 synths:
Gx-80
Lowdown bass
Elka x
Miniverse

I have no idea how to reach an actual person to figure out what happened here.
Does anybody know how to reach someone? Please?
