First day adopter here. Absolutely love this emulation. Top notch as with everything you guys make.

Any chance we'll see integration with Voltage vis a vis individual cr78 modules?

I'm afraid, this won't happen. Nevertheless you can use it within VM as other VST devices too with the CA Plug-In Host or the Mini Plug-In Host.

@seal58 - was there official word about that somewhere?

I ask because if that's just an assumption, it seems to me more likely that we will(at least might) see some. We've seen plenty of modules spawned from synth releases before, for instance IIRC the dco-106, ca2600, miniverse, polymode, and the 8 voice all had modules that followed shortly after their releases... there might have been others I'm forgetting too. I know there are also modules similar to the PS-20, but they existed before it's release.

Plus they'd be a great way to add new value to the existing electro drum pack that seem to be given away in almost every humble bundle these days.

No, it's my opinion. Indeed there are some devices, that one could get as module too, but only a very few ones.
As I remember, Rackmode Module Collection was presented at same time as VM module and as VST FX.

And Synthesizer Expander Module Synthesizer looks very similiar to an Eight Voice Synthesizer voice block. But here was a rather long time between both releases.

I don't know whether CA reacts on someone's request. You might ask them.

Luckily one can use VM as VST plugin within DAW and VST plugins as module in VM. :)

Great! I had not been paying attention to the forums lately, and wasn't sure if I'd missed an official word... or if you were in some regards "official" on this and stating it here. So... you're saying there's a chance!

Anyways, the SEM vst instrument isn't what I mean... when 8 voice released, cherry released SEM VM modules as well, both a mono and a poly one. I am also not referring to the rack FX modules, tho I did forget to mention them... but there's an entire line of filters, oscillators, mixers, etc from the miniverse. And the CA2600/DCO had a shared bundle too:

https://store.cherryaudio.com/bundles/m ... collection
https://store.cherryaudio.com/bundles/s ... ule-bundle
https://store.cherryaudio.com/modules/polymode
https://store.cherryaudio.com/bundles/v ... ice-bundle

So yeah, I think there's been plenty of CA porting stuff that makes sense into VM... I'm really hoping that trend continues here!
