Edit Upper & Lower Lyrs Simultaneously

I'm trying to edit both the upper and lower layers simultaneously, is this possible?

I know you can solo a layer, edit it, then copy it to the other layer, but I'm looking to shift-click both layers (as an example) to be able to edit them together.
