Formula - directions, example, tutorial ?

Post by schoekah »

Hi,

Would anyone care to submit a screenshot (and a purpose and explanation) of a simple patch that uses the formula module? Thanks!

Here's a silly little preset I made:

And there are more if you go to the first page of the preset forum and scroll down: Preset Exchange.

You could build a MS Matrix with 2 instances of Formula:

Or how about changing the temperament from 12-tone to 8-tone?

You can change both 8s in the formula to any number really and get the n-tone temperament you want. Sounds very interesting with generative stuff :geek:
